Saltwater is much more than a gym. We are a community. We are driven to accomplish our goals, overcome our hurdles and support one another in becoming the best version of ourselves. At Saltwater, you will not find quick fix diets or false promises. What you will find is a dedicated group of people willing to walk with you in your journey and sweat it out right next to you, one day at a time.

Saltwater Athletics is the proud home of “CrossFit SASC”. 



PLEASE NOTE: Saltwater is open at 25% capacity for indoor sports training, as well as personal training (in compliance with current NJ COVID-19 regulations). All training is by appointment during our regularly scheduled times. We also offer Saturday outdoor group classes when weather permits.

CrossFit is natural, effective, and efficient movements over multiple capacities that increase your overall fitness.

It is NOT a specialized fitness program, but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of the 10 fitness domains: cardiovascular/respiratory, endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
