Saltwater is much more than a gym. We are a community. We are driven to accomplish our goals, overcome our hurdles and support one another in becoming the best version of ourselves. At Saltwater, you will not find quick fix diets or false promises. What you will find is a dedicated group of people willing to walk with you in your journey and sweat it out right next to you, one day at a time.

PLEASE NOTE: Saltwater is open at 25% capacity for indoor sports training, as well as personal training (in compliance with current NJ COVID-19 regulations). All training is by appointment during our regularly scheduled times. 

We are MOVING! Give or take April 2021 Saltwater Athletics is moving less than 1mile away. Our new space will be Triple the size, have showers, a kids space and be even more COVID friendly.

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is natural, effective, and efficient movements over multiple capacities that increase your overall fitness.

It is NOT a specialized fitness program, but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of the 10 fitness domains: cardiovascular/respiratory, endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

YES!!! The needs of an Olympic athlete and a regular person differ by degree… not by kind.
